Someone lands on your site and can't find the product they need. After hours their question waits until tomorrow, and by then they have looked elsewhere.
Every company with a catalog knows the scene. The buyer is looking for a product, but not by the name you gave it: they know the thickness they need to cut, not your model code. The site shows them a list, they get lost in it and reach for the phone. And the person on the other end is answering the same five questions thirty times a day.
Gain: A question that arrives at night doesn't wait for morning.

What we build
It knows your products
It isn't a general chat tool. Its knowledge is your catalog, your spec sheets, your dimension tables and your frequently asked questions. When a visitor names a capacity or a size, it lists the models that fit and says why they fit.
In the visitor's language
The same advisor speaks Turkish, English and whichever languages you add. For a company that exports, the payoff is immediate: no question lost to a time difference.
When it doesn't know, it hands over
It won't state prices, stock or lead times unless your systems are connected. Instead it passes the question to you along with the visitor's contact details. That's why a share of these conversations comes back as a sales lead.
You see what's being asked
Which product gets asked about, which questions go unanswered, which size people want that you don't make. That log is marketing data: your customers won't tell you what's missing from your catalog, but this list will.
Where it lives
As a panel in the corner of the site, as its own page, or on your WhatsApp line. All three run on the same knowledge; update one document and it updates in all three.
How the work goes
01
Product data and documents
Catalog, spec sheets, dimension tables, FAQs and past correspondence if you have it. Scattered is fine.
02
The knowledge base is built
Every answer is recorded with the document it came from. If a sentence can't be sourced, it isn't written.
03
Tested on real questions
The questions your customers actually ask, and the answers you actually give, become a test set. The advisor doesn't go on the site until it passes.
04
The first week is read together
For the first week after launch we go through the conversations with you. Whatever is missing gets closed in that round.
What comes with it
A site panel, its own page, or a WhatsApp line
Multilingual replies
Unanswered questions and contact details forwarded to you
A log of what's being asked
One place to refresh when a document changes
What we don't do
It doesn't close the sale. It informs, points to the right product and brings you in. It doesn't take orders.
Prices and stock are live only if your systems are connected. If they aren't, it will talk but won't quote a number, because giving no price beats giving the wrong one.
It can't know what isn't in your catalog. The advisor is only as good as its knowledge base; a missing spec sheet means a missing answer.
Running on three companies' sites
The same approach runs on the support line of our own product, İlan Stüdyosu. The engine underneath is the same one behind the in-house advisor: it doesn't make things up, and it shows its source.
Data and security
Your documents stay on your own server and are never sent to train an outside model. We decide together, during setup, who gets access to what.
Let's figure out where to start, together.
A conversation to understand where you are and decide the first step together. We'll talk as long as you need.
Hello. If you're thinking about a new website, an advisor that answers your customers day and night, automating work that's done by hand, or software built for your company, tell me about it. Let's find where to start, together.
The conversation and any details you leave are passed to our team only to get in touch with you. Privacy notice ·
