The advisor installed on your website knows your company and products and answers visitors on your behalf. Examples: a hotel answers a foreign guest at 01:40 and takes them to the booking step. A corporate AI assistant that works from your company documents

The archive becomes something the team uses every day.

You have thousands of documents and years of institutional memory. It's all scattered, and nobody can find it when they need it. When the person who knows takes leave, work stops.

Documents in every format (PDF, Excel, Word, email, scanned paper, photos, slides) are read and sorted into the company's memory. Examples: reading contracts and invoices together reveals an annual increase never applied to four customers, a 312,000 TL gap. Most complaints turn out to come from one supplier, flagged in quality records but never passed to purchasing. The largest dealer's contract ends in 42 days with no renewal discussed. The real reason a deal was lost appears in an email: delivery time, not price. Asked to write down a promise that isn't in the documents, the advisor refuses and gives the actual figure.

The longest wait in a company is one department waiting on another. The system connects departments and outside sources, and a person approves. Examples: when the euro rises, 12 open quotes priced in foreign currency are updated the same day. A VAT exemption published in the Official Gazette is matched to planned machine purchases, with the saving and the deadline. A compressor reaching its service hours gets a work order built from the user manual and the parts in stock. Your documents live on your own server or on one we run for you. In a cloud setup, only the passages relevant to a question go to the AI provider to produce the answer, and they aren't used to train its model. If you prefer, an open-source model runs on your own server as well, and the data never leaves it. We decide together, during setup, who gets access to what.
