Document intake
Spec sheets, invoices, delivery notes, order forms, scanned contracts. The system reads them, extracts the fields and writes them into your software. When it isn't sure about a line it doesn't guess: it flags it and asks you. Stopping is cheaper than quietly saving wrong data.
Work that accumulates
When a similar request comes in, last time's quote, the price you gave, the discount you applied and the correspondence open alongside it. Someone who joined last week starts working with ten years of the company's commercial memory.

Your accounting software, your ERP, your e-invoicing, your shared drive. We don't replace something that works; we build the bridge between them. If something can't be connected, we say so up front.

We go back to the measurement from step one. If the time dropped, we move to the second job. If it didn't, we roll it back: keeping an automation that doesn't work helps nobody.

What we don't do
- Human approval never leaves the chain. No quote and no message goes out unapproved, and we won't build it that way even if you ask.
- Not every job is worth automating. For something done five times a month the setup cost never comes back; we show you the math and tell you to skip it.
- The system doesn't make the call. Your pricing policy, your discount limits, who gets what: that's yours. The system applies it.
It runs in our own product
In İlan Stüdyosu, listing copy, photos and promo videos are produced on exactly this logic: the system prepares, the user approves, then it publishes. Live and used daily.
Data and security
Your documents stay on your own server and are never sent to train an outside model. We decide together, during setup, who gets access to what.
