Privacy notice
This notice explains which details we process when you chat with the advisor on our site or leave your number, why, and for how long. It is prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

What we process
What you write in the chat and any name, phone number, company and note you leave. Your IP address is held in a short-lived counter to prevent abuse.
Why
To answer your question, to call you when you ask us to, and to start a quote. Your details are not added to a marketing list and are never sold.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and the explicit consent you give when leaving your number.
Who receives it
The advisor's replies are produced with Anthropic's AI model, so the chat text is sent to Anthropic (USA). The chat and the details you leave are passed to our team's Telegram account; Telegram's servers are outside Türkiye. This transfer abroad relies on the explicit consent you give by starting the chat and when leaving your number.
How long we keep it
The chat stays on our server only in memory and for at most 24 hours; it is not written to disk. The chat and contact details passed to our team are deleted once the conversation is over, and within one year at the latest.
Your rights
Under Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request that it be corrected or deleted. Write to hello@tantoros.com.
