What you run today stays
If your accounting software, your ERP and your e-invoicing work, we leave them alone. We write the missing piece and build the bridge. Replacing a working system usually costs more than it returns.
The AI isn't a separate screen
It works as a layer: pulling up similar past quotes while a quote is being written, reading an incoming document and filling in the form, turning a free-text note into structured fields. It sits where the work happens, not off to the side.
Screens built for who uses them
Someone checking a phone with gloves on in the field and someone working two monitors in the office can't use the same interface. Screens are separated by who uses them. Software nobody uses is software that was never written.
The code and the data are yours
It runs on your own server or on a box we operate. If we part ways, the system stays with you. You're nobody's tenant.

The described flow and the lived flow are never the same. We spend a few days alongside you and see how the work actually moves.

The first version is kept narrow
One area, with real data and real users. We're the ones who narrow the scope: a project that wants everything at once never ships.

The second area is written after the first one is in daily use. If an area isn't being used, finding out why is our job.

Training and handover
The team is trained and it's written down. We support it afterwards, but we don't hold the system hostage.

What we don't do
- We don't write one project that covers everything. If splitting the scope isn't acceptable, we're not the right team.
- Migrating your existing data is separate work and usually takes longer than expected. We don't promise a date before measuring it.
- We don't know your industry better than you do. You set the rules of the business; we write them down in code.
We did this for ourselves too
İlan Stüdyosu was written from scratch this way and is live today: over 130 service endpoints, 35 data models, 21 admin screens, and a permission hierarchy across organization, office and user. We didn't just write it. We run it.
Data and security
Your documents stay on your own server and are never sent to train an outside model. We decide together, during setup, who gets access to what.
